Hi Im Jan Collinson and Im a Yoga Teacher & Energy Medicine Healer and Teacher and work mainly throughout Scotland and the North of England and also in New Zealand, Australia and Europe.

I trained with The British Wheel Of Yoga and have also studied and worked with a whole spectrum of Complementary Therapies and Spirit during the last thirty years, ( can it be THAT long??) from Indian Facial Massage, Sound, Meditation, Quantum Touch Healing & Manifesting & Creating Your Own Life, Ayurveda, EFT & Communicating With Angels.

Over that time I really started to tune in to my inner voice and spirit and learned to live with more balance and in Higher Self. I'm passionate about sharing the learnings and hopefully inspiring other people (especially those who are seeking the jigsaw pieces to make up their own unique spiritual picture) to explore the World of Energy Medicine, Sound and the Higher Realms, and experience the Wonderful feeling of Walking with Spirit, being as healthy physically, mentally and emotionally as possible and being realigned with our purpose – Living With Joy!

I have a particular interest in Sound and Yoga as a healing medium and am teaching workshops through 2010.

Our teachings are based on a belief that we are 'All One' and can make a difference to the whole by bringing more peace to our own lives.
We support Limerick Animal Welfare and Greenpeace in thier efforts to make a difference.
