It’s non competitive and can teach us how to deal with today’s fast paced living and high stress levels.

It’s a great way to feel well, toned, refreshed and relaxed and best of all it’s good for everyone – whatever your level of fitness or flexibility.

Workplace yoga in lunchtimes.

Yoga as a therapy for specific illness e.g. High BP, Post stroke, arthritis and stress conditions. GP referrals.
